Mountain Sunset

Peppermint White Russian Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Glass:

    • Rim a chilled rocks glass with crushed candy canes. (Dip the rim in simple syrup or peppermint schnapps first to help the candy stick.)

  2. Mix the Drink:

    • Fill the prepared glass with ice.

    • Add vodka, coffee liqueur, and peppermint schnapps.

    • Stir gently to combine.

  3. Top with Cream:

    • Slowly pour the heavy cream or half-and-half over the drink, creating a layered effect.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz vodka

  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)

  • 1 oz peppermint schnapps

  • 1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half

  • Crushed candy canes (for rimming the glass)

  • Whipped cream (for garnish)

  • Mini candy cane (for garnish)

 JACK FROSTY" Christmas Drink

Ingredients

• Light corn syrup or honey for rimming glasses

• Flaked coconut for rimming glasses

• 8 cups ice (more or less depending on desired consistency)

• 1 cup pineapple juice

• ½ cup blue curacao

• ½ cup vodka or light rum (or Vodka)

• ½ cup cream of coconut

Ingredients

• Light corn syrup or honey for rimming glasses

• Flaked coconut for rimming glasses

• 8 cups ice (more or less)

• 1 cup pineapple juice

• ½ cup blue curacao

• ½ cup vodka or light rum (or Vodka)

• ½ cup cream of coconut

  • Ingredients:

  • Spiced Cranberry Syrup: Cranberries, sugar, water, cinnamon, cloves, star anise.

  • Margarita: Tequila, triple sec, lime juice, spiced cranberry syrup, ice.

Simmer cranberries, sugar, water, & spices for 10 mins. Strain & cool.

Rim your glass with salt or sugar, then shake tequila, triple sec, lime juice, syrup, & ice. Pour into the prepared glass over ice.

Garnish with cranberries & lime.

  • Ingredients:

  • 2 oz spiced rum (or bourbon)

  • 1 oz amaretto liqueur

  • 1 oz eggnog (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1/2 oz vanilla simple syrup 

  • Dash of nutmeg (Garnish)

  • Whipped cream (Garnish) Cinnamon stock

In a shaker filled with ice, combine the spiced rum, amaretto, eggnog, and vanilla simple syrup.
Shake well until chilled and frothy.
Strain into a festive glass (a coupe or rocks glass works well).
Top with whipped cream if desired, and garnish with a dash of nutmeg.
Add a cinnamon stick or a decorative feather

Montana Sunset

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon

  • 1 oz huckleberry syrup (or huckleberry liqueur)

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • 2 dashes of bitters

  • Club soda (to top)

  • Lemon wheel and huckleberries for garnish & Ice

Mix the Drink:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, huckleberry syrup, lemon juice, and bitters. Add ice and shake well.
Pour: Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top off: Add a splash of club soda for some Fizz.
Garnish: Decorate with a lemon wheel and a few huckleberries

 

The Huckleberry Mule

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Huckleberry vodka (or regular vodka with a splash of huckleberry syrup)

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • 4 oz ginger beer

  • Fresh huckleberries (or blueberries if unavailable) for garnish

  • Lime wheel for garnish, Ice

Fill the Glass: Fill a copper mule mug or glass with ice.

Mix the Drink: Pour in the huckleberry vodka and lime juice. Top it off with ginger beer.

Stir Gently: Give it a light stir to combine the flavors.

Garnish: Add a few fresh huckleberries and a lime wheel on top.

Montana Prairie Fire Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Montana bourbon

  • 1/2 oz honey syrup (1:1 ratio of honey and water)

  • 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 2 dashes hot sauce (like Tabasco)

  • Smoked salt (for rimming the glass)

  • Lemon wheel (for garnish), Ice

Rim a rocks glass with smoked salt and fill it with ice. In a shaker, combine the bourbon, honey syrup, lemon juice, and hot sauce.

Shake well and strain into the prepared glass, Garnish with a lemon wheel

Flathead Cherry Old Fashioned 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Montana bourbon

  • 1/2 oz cherry liqueur or muddled Flathead cherries

  • 1 sugar cube

  • 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters

  • Orange peel (for garnish)

  • Fresh Flathead cherry (for garnish), Ice

 Place the sugar cube in a rocks glass and saturate it with bitters. Add a splash of water and muddle until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the cherry liqueur (or muddled cherries) and bourbon to the glass, then stir.

Fill the glass with ice and stir again to chill, Garnish with an orange peel and a fresh Flathead Cherry

Glacier Blue Martini Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Montana gin

  • 1/2 oz blue curaçao

  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 oz simple syrup

  • Lemon twist (for garnish) Ice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, blue curaçao, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist.

Bitterroot Spritz Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Montana huckleberry vodka

  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur

  • 3 oz sparkling water

  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

  • Huckleberries (for garnish)

  • Lemon wheel (for garnish), Ice

Fill a wine glass with ice.

Add the huckleberry vodka, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice.

Top with sparkling water and stir gently.

Garnish with a few fresh huckleberries and a lemon wheel.

Yellowstone Sour Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Montana whiskey

  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz honey syrup (1:1 ratio of honey and water)

  • 1/2 oz egg white (optional, for frothiness)

  • Lemon wheel and a cherry (for garnish), Ice

In a shaker, combine the whiskey, lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white (if using). Dry shake (without ice) for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, Garnish with a lemon wheel and a cherry

Big Sky Highball Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Montana bourbon

  • 4 oz club soda

  • 1/2 oz huckleberry syrup or muddled huckleberries

  • 1/4 oz fresh lime juice

  • Lime wedge (for garnish), Ice

Fill a highball glass with ice.

Add the bourbon, huckleberry syrup, and lime juice.

Top with club soda and stir gently to combine.

Garnish with a lime wedge.

Big Sky RyeRecipe

  • 2 oz Montana rye whiskey (such as Roughstock)

  • 1/2 oz sweet vermouth

  • 1/4 oz Benedictine liqueur

  • 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

  • Lemon twist (for garnish), Ice

Stir the rye, vermouth, Benedictine, and bitters with ice in a mixing glass.

Strain into a chilled glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
